In this country espacially... YES!... you need to have it... no matter 5W1H...

sebab hiburan di Malaysia ni ada lapisan macam di langit... Susah gila nak penatrate... once u dah berjaya melepasi lapisan tu then you start kena bentuk macam 1st world country or Hollywood style...

masa nak mendaki ni... just take the risk... contoh... Aznil, Apek, Awie, M.Nasir, Mawi, Faizal Tahir, AC Mizal... Bila u dah jadi Ikon u can create your own fahaman...

Masa tu u merepek pun orang kata betul Iz, betul Iz...

Tak percaya cuba... hehehe

Gudlak bro!

I think bad publicity sumtimes is good. Too muc is not good if the publicity shadows ppl from wat that particular person is really fighting for. Why people wont stop talking about a person?
Because, he /she is SIGNIFICANT no matter how hard they try to ignore. Or pretend to.=p
This is when a person needs to have good mental strength cos u noe urself best.
And most of successful ppl went thru from lowest point to achieve their dreams.
All the best dude!U know u have so muc to offer, so just focus on that, n give us ur best, so that we realise wat all of us r missing all this while.

Iz, the fact that you personally write about this (OIAM experience) is awesome.

If you make it, do continue blogging. It's an excellent way to bond with your fans :) This is great publicity!

First of all, i must say that i am sooooo proud of you! your uniqueness, yr high self confidence yet so pleasant attitude, and your courage to do something different and something new! many many thumbs up! like paul moss, im also always looking fwd to see u next performance! ;)

nways, answering yr question, i'd agree with wansyahrulamry. in Malaysia, bad publicity may open the window to victory. our superstars have proven it. siti nurhaliza, mawi and erra fazira. people love to read bad things bout the celebrities, and they may tend to dislike u at first, but then when they see how lovely you are in person/how sweet u look in the tv, they'll start to change their minds and tell their frens that they think ur one hella cool guy.

so dont worry, bad publicity is definitely good publicity. :D

Depends on what you want to be known for, I suppose. Some people love to create drama...some just want to be known as a good musician, singer or performer... For me, once I stop liking the artist no matter how sensationalized their stories/publicity would be I would just stop buying any of their albums or even downloading them. So in this regard, their bad publicity translates into loss in sales of records, commercial ads, concert attendance etc. I believe that's the bottomline after all.

Bad publicity is good for newspaper and magazines sales...but not necessarily for the artist concerned.
